When you're in between sizes, if you prefer a firm and compressive fit, it's best to size down. But if you like a supportive fit that has a little breathing room, sizing up can be a better option.
We recommend taking that into account as well as looking at your other measurements and your standard AU sizing (i.e. AU6-24) to help you make your decision.
